What is Smile Direct Club’s 30-Day Money Back Promise?
If you decide Smile Direct Club aligners are not for you within the first 30 days, Smile Direct Club will refund the full cost. Impression kits will be refunded if your assigned dentist or orthodontist determines clear aligners aren’t a good fit for you. Unopened aligners can be returned within the first 30 days if you’re not happy for any reason, and all payments you’ve made for them will be refunded. If you’re past the 30-day window, return your unused aligners for a prorated refund.
Does Smile Direct Club Accept HSA, FSA, or CareCredit?
Yes! Smile Direct Club accepts all three: HSA, FSA, and CareCredit! All you have to do is process your HSA or FSA debit card just like you would any other debit or credit card at checkout. To use CareCredit, just call 1-800-688-0450, and Smile Direct Club will help you process your order.

Is There a Minimum Age to Use Smile Direct Club Aligners?
The minimum age to receive treatment for Smile Direct Club aligners is 12 years old, and all permanent teeth must be present. Club members under the age of 18 must have a parent’s or guardian's signature on the medical and dental history form during the evaluation step.
