You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as the Nomatic warehouse. This is located in Utah.

Can I track the progress of my Nomatic package?

Absolutely, all you’ll need is your order number and the email you used when buying, then head over to the Nomatic Tracking page to get the latest info on how your delivery is doing.

When will my Nomatic order be shipped?

Nomatic aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm, on the following day. However, due to the increase in orders during the holiday season, please be aware that orders may be delayed by up to 4 days.
