If the merchant you bought an escape voucher for cannot book you in on the available dates suitable for you, you can get a refund.

Shop

Any items purchased from Groupon Good through Living Social can be returned within 30 days form delivery for a refund. Items must be returned via provided return label to be processed for a refund.
