How do I use my Hotels.com coupon?
Select the offer you’d like to use and copy the coupon code if one is provided. Browse for your accommodation of choice and click the button to book. On the page where you fill in your details, you will notice the ‘Apply a coupon’ button on the right-hand side. Click and paste your code in the box provided.
If no coupon code is supplied with your offer, don’t panic - the discount will be applied automatically for you.
How do I cancel a Hotels.com booking?
To cancel a booking, sign into your Hotels.com account and tap the ‘Manage your bookings’ tab. Select the booking you would like to cancel and hit ‘Cancel room’.
If you booked without a Hotels.com account, fill out the ‘Find your bookings’ form and submit. You’ll then need to select the ‘Cancel room’ link for the appropriate booking.
How do I redeem a Hotels.com Rewards night?
To redeem a Rewards night, sign into your account and use the Hotels.com Rewards filter when you browse for accommodation. Once you’ve found an eligible rental, choose the ‘Pay now’ option, go to ‘Your reservation summary and select ‘Redeem Hotels.com Rewards’. You’ll be able to select which free nights you would like to redeem and apply them to your booking.
Can I amend my Hotels.com booking?
It depends on the individual hotel’s change and cancellation policy - you can check the details in your confirmation email. If you can make amendments, sign into your account and go to ‘Manage your bookings’ - you’ll be able to select the booking you wish to change. If you have no account, fill out the ‘Find your bookings’ form first and select ‘Change booking’ for the reservation you would like to change.
How do I leave a Hotels.com review?
Help other Hotels.com customers by leaving a review of your experience. Once your stay is over, Hotels.com will send you an email with a link to complete a review. You can also access the reviews under ‘Manage your bookings’ within your account. Look under the ‘Completed’ tab and select the accommodation you would like to review.
