How To Apply a gopuff Promo Code

It is extremely easy to apply a gopuff promo code to your transaction. Sometimes gopuff promo codes and discounts will be automatically applied to your order. To see if you have a gopuff promo code or discount on your account, you can add any product to your bag and visit the bag page. If there are any auto-applied discounts, you will see them applied to your order subtotal. To enter a discount code for your order:

1. Enter the gopuff promo code into the ‘Discount code’ box on the checkout page.
2. Look for the order subtotal to reflect the discount after the gopuff promo code has been applied.
3. If you are having trouble redeeming multiple discounts, try adding a single gopuff promo code that provides the largest discount.
4. Proceed through the checkout process as usual, and you are all set!

gopuff Refunds

• Refunds generally take 3–5 business days to process (not including weekends or holidays).
• In some instances, funds may be returned in the form of a Voided Transaction instead of a manual refund. In this case, you will see a pending charge fall off of your account instead of a positive credit into your account. We recommend speaking to your financial institution if a refund or void has not been completed and more than 5 business days have passed.
• If your order was placed using Apple Pay or Google Pay, your refund will appear on your mobile device in the transaction history for Apple Pay or Google Pay. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear under the payment history on your device.
• If your order was placed using Venmo, your refund will appear in the Venmo app. However, the refund will not say gopuff. The refund will come from ‘Venmo Credits’ and the reason will read, "Refund for merchant payment".

The gopuff Fam Subscription

The gopuff Fam Subscription Program is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription that provides free deliveries (no additional delivery fee) on orders, subject to a minimum order amount, placed through the Services and other benefits or offers as may be specified from time to time.

• By signing up for Fam and providing gopuff with your payment account information, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are signing up for an auto-renewing subscription requiring recurring payments and agree to pay the then-current applicable fee associated with the Fam subscription.
• If you sign up for the monthly Fam subscription, you will be charged your first monthly subscription fee and any applicable taxes, including sales tax, on or about the date you purchase your subscription or, if your subscription includes a free trial, on or about the day after your free trial ends.
• Your subscription will automatically continue on a monthly basis until you cancel your subscription as described herein or gopuff terminates it.
• If you sign up for the yearly subscription, you will be charged your first upfront, non-refundable (except as described below) yearly subscription fee and any applicable taxes including sales tax, on or about the date you purchase your subscription or, if your subscription includes a free trial, on or about the day after your free trial ends.
• Your subscription will automatically continue on a yearly basis until you cancel your subscription as described herein or gopuff terminates it.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through ‘Manage Subscription’ in your Gopuff account settings. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid billing the next periodic subscription fees to your account.
