Free People accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on freepeople.com for return or exchange. Free People merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy. FP Additions items must be returned directly to the seller.
If Free People receive your return at their warehouse within 30 days of delivery, they’ll credit your original form of payment. If it's received after 30 days, a Free People eGift Card will be issued.
