If you booked Lite or Value tickets in Economy class you will not be entitled to a refund. If you have booked a Business or Flex ticket you can rebook your flight within 96 hours.
When can I check in with flydubai?
Check-in opens 3 hours before departure time. The boarding gates close 20 minutes before the flight time and if you’re late your baggage will be unloaded and you will not be allowed a refund.
