Bikes below this value will incur a $20 flat rate shipping fee. Parts and accessories below $99 will incur a $10 shipping fee for the first item, and a maximum charge of $15. All shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

What is the Diamondback returns policy?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Diamondback purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery or pickup. Proof of purchase is required and all goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges are not offered - the best thing to do is return your original order and place a new order for the item you would like.
