Cotopaxi does offer returns or exchanges within 60 days as part of the Guaranteed for Good promise. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with intact tags to get a full refund. Cotopaxi and Cotopaxi Más Vida products are eligible for returns.
Can I Get Free Shipping At Cotopaxi?
Yes, Cotopaxi offers free shipping on orders of $99 or more. Please note that a $6 return shipping fee is not refundable, but you can make a return at one of the retail stores to avoid the shipping fee. Free economy shipping is not available for international, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes, and returns can’t be made from these addresses. Also, all “final sale” items are not available for returns or exchanges.
